Hi, I'm Rachel Cleland, a licensed paralegal (not actively practicing) based in Ontario. I'm currently working as an assistant and junior paralegal in an accident benefits firm. I work closely with clients navigating the complexities of accident claims, supporting them through what can be a challenging process. I am dedicated to ensuring that clients understand their rights and have access to fair treatment within the legal system.
